Rachel is an ordinary Singaporean girl happily living in the tropical island when she isn’t depressed. Diagnosed with bipolar disorder in 2010, she’s been faithfully seeing her psychiatrist and just decided one day to start a blog in order to start a conversation on mental health issues in Singapore because there is a lack of it.

She hopes that her blog will prove helpful to everyone out there, whether it’s a person diagnosed with a mental health issue, their family members and caregivers, friends, or just anyone interested to know more about it.

She is open to feedback on her writing, but reminds the reader out there to keep it civil because she has no qualms blocking or deleting abusive comments. So don’t say I didn’t, say I didn’t warn ya. Hahaha.

  1. hello, would you like to have a conversation over a cup of coffee? I’m a 24 yo girl recently diagnosed with bipolar. Would be great to share our experiences. 😀

  2. Hi, I noted that you are seeing Dr Liow. And a male psychiatrist?:o Seems like both of them are great. Where do you see the male one? 😮
